Fairwell Mrs. Gibson
We said a sad Farewell to Mrs. Gibson today.
After 12 years here at Sowerby Academy, we had to say a very sad Farewell to Mrs., Gibson as she takes up a new position in a school nearer to her home.
The children showered her with cards and letters telling of their memories over the years. Mrs. Gibson said she was very touched with very kind and thoughtful wishes from the children and staff and commented on how touched she was that the staff had a dressing up day especially for her.
We wish you every happiness and success Mrs. Gibson; you will leave a big gap here at Sowerby Academy.
